The DiMAC LiGHT+ is our medium format digital aerial camera that captures a footprint of 8,900 pixels across by 6,700 pixels along the flight line using a single Camera Module and is easily upgradeable to the large format DiMAC WiDE+.
The D iMAC L iGHT + utilizes the same enclosure (CCF) and employs the same control system (ITR) as the D iMAC W iDE +. This ensures an easy and cost-effective upgrade path to large format image acquisition capacity.
The D iMAC L iGHT + Camera Module is fully calibrated for photogrammetric applications and can be equipped with different lenses to meet different project requirements.
The modular, upgradeable architecture of the D iMAC L iGHT + incorporates the core D iMAC benefits of True FMC and True Color acquisition. Note that the use of FMC technology is the only means to ensure proper light exposure and blur-free imagery when utilizing the highly demanding 60 MP CCD sensor with its 6 µm x 6 µm pixels.
The D iMAC L iGHT + may be configured to simultaneously acquire color and near infrared images. This configuration requires using two Camera Modules of the same lens type to simultaneously capture the same area in both RGB and NIR.
